ETM tab missing in Equipment master

Dear Gurus,

I'm wondering why the ETM tab is not in equipment master

I did the customization for the equipment category for ETM

But I don't have the ETM tab in the equipment master data.

And the Menu Extra-ETM are all greyed out.

Can anybody knw any solution

The equipment category controls which views and entry screens appear in the equipment master record. In Customizing for Equipment and Tools Management (ETM), check which equipment type is ETM-specific.
