ESSMSS issue on SAP Portal 7.4

Hi folks,

We have set up ESS/MSS on SAP Portal 7.4. All BPs are installed and SSO between Portal and ERP is working.

When accessing ESS or MSS the screen is showed as below, but for Portal content everything is fine. We have tested on Internet Explorer and Chrome and the erros is the same.

Has someone any idea?

Hi Jwala,

Take a look on ESS tab, SAP Portal isn't respecting the layout... If I run ESS/MSS services out of SAP Portal, it works fine.

In my opinion it can be a charset issue...

so from backend It doesn't work? rendering issue this might be, clear cache SHMM and check theme? SAP standard theme SAP Tradeshow  being used here?

Hi Siddharth,

The problem isn't on backend, because if i call the application directly through the URL (out of SAP Portal), it works fine.

Do you have any other idea?
