Hello Experts,
Our users are not able to update their Phone number in Emergency Contact Address type in ESS. Even when then enter the Area code and phone number, system still throws error saying "Area Code and Telephone number are required". Please see the screen shot below for detail
It works fine if updated through R3 but not on the portal.
Can someone please tell me why is this error happening?
