Error WS220 during condition contract settlement in S/4HANA

I am testing sales rebate in s4 hana.

I created a condition contract and tried to settle it via tcode WB2R_SC, but I got an error as below:

I think this pricing procedure is only for settlement, because pricing in sales order looked fine.

and this is screen for settlement doc type ISB2:

I spent lots of time to fixing but still found no solution.

I need you help badly. tks a milion.
