Hi hakly

Please check below mentioned points to investigate issue further:

1. Have you shared the folder with all employees that use SAP Business One. The permission must be Read/Write.

2. Do not keep the last forward slash in the Windows attachments folder address when mounting to linux, however the last forward slash need to keep in SAP Business One client, general settings, attachment path.

3. After mounting the folder, can you use the cp command to test if the files in the folder can be read or not?

4. Also make sure that the servername on the mount and what is setup in the general settings attachments folder is same.

Also have a look on attached SAP note 2091232 for the issue faced.

Thank You.

Kind Regards

I wanted to comment that I have been trying to set this up for a couple days now and point 4 above is what solved it for me. I had set the mounts up via IP but not hostname. Adding an /etc/hosts entry and setting the mounts up via hostname (because the SAP attachment share was //ServerName/Attachments) was the fix. Thank You!
