Hi Gurus,

User is getting error in long text of the notification as "Error while loading document SOFFICEINTEGRATION 142".

User is getting error in Tcode IW52 while editing long text of the notification "Error while loading document SOFFICEINTEGRATION 142".

Please suggest what can be the cause of this issue .Please re assign tag as I am unable to find the tag for work asset management .Please suggest ideas and workaround .

Did you check for this user

• is able to handle long texts in other transactions
• has a correct SAP GUI installation
• is trying to import a complex word document

Before posting, you should first check the SAP notes, and if they don't apply tell us why, so that we don't propose to look at them uselessly.

Only a single user is facing this issue and issue arises after gui update .

Try completely deleting the SAP GUI (including directories), restart the PC, re-install the SAP GUI.
