There is no attachment. But assume SAML2 is the authorization protocol error you are experiencing when executing the task via Fiori, right? If it is the case, then please verify whether the task works for transaction code CX20 via GUI. If it works, then the issue is not related to group reporting. You need to check Fiori / Security configurations especially Fiori is deployed in standalone.
