Error while creating PO.

hello all, i am a beginner in SAP

our client have a global team who has maintained master data for material. they have extended their material to India as well.

The issue is ,you can create PR without any error but when we crate PO , system shows warning msg of some data not maintained.

so we need to put the data every time and create PO .

plz let me know is there any solution for above, do we have any any user exits for PR?

What is the data that the system complains about? Why don't you share some screen shots?

No issue with PR creation of material but error message appearing while creating PO for same material and you are again maintaining data to create successful PO.

Issue is material not extended properly to your current legal entity for which you are creating PO Now you need do same data entry at mass level for all material master depends on cases for your valuation area

Option-1: If only data entry issue, use MM17 or MASS transaction code

Option-2: If view extension issue , use MM50 transaction code

Option-3: If many views maintenance with data from old plant to new plant, use LSMW with MMZ2 transaction code
