error while creating connection object ES55 and device location ES65

hi all,

I am facing this error :Alternative ID not supported" with Message no. E7045

showing An alternative indicator is active in Customizing of the functional location. This functionality is not supported for connection objects and device locations

i tried to do this:

Run Report RI_IFLOT2IFLOS.
If all functional locations (IFLOT) can be converted, indicator ALCNV
can be set to 'X' in table ITOBCUST.

where  is set to ALCNV in table ITOBCUST and the run report is optimized as well

moreover, I tried to

deactivating and activating the Alternative Labeling in system setting for Alternative Labeling of Functional Locations.

regardless trying these two methodologies, i am still having the issue while creating connection object and device location showing "alternative ID not supported".

can someone suggest how to fix it
