error while copying purchase contract using manage purchase contract app

i try to copy purchase Contract using manage purchase contract app fiori , its generates this error : Runtime Error: 'Database error deleting from table ADR13'. The OData request processing has been abnormally terminated. If you use SAP S/4HANA Cloud, please create an incident. Otherwise, if "Runtime Error" is not initial, launch ADT feed "Runtime Errors" or transaction ST22 / SM21 (system log analysis) for details and analysis. when i go into sm21 this error is there :

 The transaction has been terminated. This may be caused by a
termination message from the application (MESSAGE Axxx) or by an
error detected by the SAP System due to which it makes no sense to
proceed with the transaction. The actual reason for the termination
is indicated by the T100 message and the parameters. Transaction canceled AM 840 ( ADR13 )

The issue is solved, i have found out the main issue as you said its related to the address data , The telephone number must be consistent with the Country selected but what didn't make sense same Contract was copied without a problem in the GUI transaction while it didn't get created and provided the above error through Fiori app "manage purchasing contracts"

I guess there is inconsistency on the address that you have in earlier agreement or PR that you trying to use as reference -- i would create a SAP Case and ask for correction report or applicable note for this issue.
