Hi,
I have performed a Year Transfer routine (Administration => Utilities => Year Transfer) which at the end created a clean new copy of my 2012 source database.
As a result, the new database has "lost" the ability to run any of the standard Crystal print templates (e.g. for Purchase requisition module).
I'm running a SAP 8.82 version.
It looks as if the routine did not carry over the required definition for running Crystal based reports/templates.
For example, when I try to edit one of the system templates, an error is displayed:
"Error while connecting to Crystal Reports 2008; check that Crystal Reports 2008 installed correctly"
My "old" 2012 database works just fine, I have no such issue - it is only in the newly created one.
I have also attached an image where one can see one of the print template and there all references to Crystal are missing.
Any help advise would be appreciated.
Kevin

Hi Kevin,
Try to import the Crystal Reports again from the OLD DB and change the Dataconnection method to OLEDB and check if you still have same problem.
