Error when updating a user's default layout

I am using 9.3 PL04

I have 2 users that have a default layout set against them for AR invoice and AR credit note.

However, when the users try to change the layout, by opening Layout Designer and selecting Set as default > set as default for current user > OK > OK, they get the below error message:

This entry already exists in the following tables 'Document Standards' (RDFL) (ODBC -2035) [Message 131-183]

I am able to change the default layout as manager for all users, but why can't these users change their own default?

Neither of them are super users. One has much higher authorisations than the other, but even the user with full authorisation to Change Default Report, Change My Personal Settings and User Defaults still gets the same error.

One has a professional licence (more restricted authorisations) and the other a limited logistics licence (less restricted authorisations).

When I query RDFL, I get no entries for the professional licence user and 1 entry for the limited logistics licence user.

Is there an authorisation setting I am missing? Is this something that needs to be raised as a SAP ticket?

Hi All,

We have facing the same issue in our SAP Business One 10.0 (10.00.290) SP 2505 (64-bit).

We has tried this thing with manager ID (Super User) Even though shown the same error above mentioned comment.

If some one find the solution Please Let us know regarding this issue.
