Error when execute report_ RC_COLLECT_ANALYSIS_DATA

Dear all,

I have a probelm about SAP Readiness check 2.0 when I run report RC_COLLECT_ANALYSIS_DATA in sa38.
It had job name: RC_COLLECT_ANALYSIS_DATA was failed but another job successfully. I've attached file in this box, Can you help me to solve this problem? Thank you very much.error-rc-collect-analysis-data.txt

Could you share the job log, any dump in ST22? and check the any error message SM21 log ?
