Hello SAP experts,
I am trying to execute the standard S/4HANA Service scenario In-house Repair in our testing system (S/4HANA OnPremise 2020).
In creating a new in-house repair ( app ID F4025), when I try to save the new in-House Repair as shown in the screenshots below, the system displays the following Errors:
* Enter a service organization : Message no. CRM_ORGMAN033
* Enter an organizational unit (Service) : Message no. CRM_ORGMAN039
Please suggest the settings/prerequisites needed as well as if there is a standard customizing documentation guide available?

Hi,
Please make sure there is only one service organisation determined for the customer that you are using. If there are multiple service orgs determined for this sold-to, then you will get this error.
You can try creating a service order (SRVO) for this sold-to, and make sure that the service org is automatically determined rather than showing the dialog box for manual selection.
We had the similar issue, and after refining the org model and making sure there is only one service org determined for the customer used. This error is gone and we are able to create the REPA transaction.
