Dear camall,
Please try below steps and see if it works:
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Common\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64, cut the file secSSO.dll and save it to another place. Then try again with crystal reports.
