Error upon preview CR layout : the program can't start because smi18n.dll is missing

Dear Experts,

Recently we upgraded SAP to FP2111. Upon preview the CR layout, error message prompted.

After click ok, the CR can be preview as usual.

Anyone face similar issue?

Dear camall,

Please try below steps and see if it works:

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Common\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64, cut the file secSSO.dll and save it to another place. Then try again with crystal reports.

Thank you very much. Yes, the issue solved by removing this component from the file
