Hi,

I´m triying to use the App Renumber G/L Accounts but i get this message:To create a mapping, use thSAP HANA Cloud, SAP Adaptive e development system (3SL) or Q system (2SL).

I have SAP S/4Hana Cloud 2402, i saw the note SAP 3289450 - Error ' To create a mapping, use the development system (3SL) or Q system (2SL) in 'Renumber G/L Accounts' but the Resolution says:System working as Designed

Hello Helen,

both the note and the system error message that you receive point out that you can execute the renumbering app only in a development system (in case your S/4 landscape is a 3 system landscape) or in the Q system (in case you are working in a 2 system landscape). I am assuming that you are trying to use the app in a system that does not fulfill this requirement.

So, my advice would be to switch to a system with the required precondition.

Dear Helen, 

The application Renumber G/L Accounts in 3-System Landscape (which is your case) can be used in Development Customizing client. 

As per your screenshot, you're using the Partner Demo Customizing Tenant, which seems to be correct.

I suggest that you open a case for the application team for a further check.

Hi Helen,

A couple of things that I would like to add. The first one is that in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition the G/L account is a configuration object and therefore needs to be configured in the Development (3SL System) or Quality (2SL System) and then transported.
