Error text in SAP Service and Asset Manager 2310

I installed the SAP Note 3566662, because we had problems with the shown message. Now it works fine in the backend, the message shows which work order is locked by which person.

Our problem is, that most of our user don't have access to the backend. In the app itself the error message looks like this.

Unfortunately you can't see which work order and user is concerned.

Is there a way that the error message in the app has the same information as the one in the backend?

We are currently on SSAM 2310.
