Error: 'Template variant cannot be deleted; it has been used to output a document'

When attempting to delete the form template, the system displays the following error message:

'Template variant cannot be deleted; as it has been used in an output document'

As per the system's standard behavior, it is not possible to delete a form template once it has been used in an output document. Deleting form templates that are already used in business documents can lead to inconsistency.

Note: This applies to all form templates in the system.
