Error starting IntegrationSolutions Addon

Hi All,

We are trying to integrate Shopify with SAP Business One 10.0 PL 06 Feature Pack 2105 and installed Integration Framework and connected successfully to Shopify Store in the Integration Framework. However, while trying to start the IntegrationSolutionsAddon in SAP, we are getting an error

"Value cannot be null. Invalid Parameter: Type" and the addon is failing to connect.

Please suggest us how to proceed from here

Hi bharath75

Can you please follow the below solution :

1) Login in to the effected SAP Business One company database using SAP Business One Client → Tools → User defined Window → CTX_CONF → Remove the row. ( if you see it)

After wards, Log out from the SAP Business One Client and log in again as Administrator. The Intercompany add-on starts the initial setup again.

If issue still persists then please inform us.

Thanks Nidhi for the answer. We reinstalled SAP from scratch and I guess its the issue with DI-APU 32 bit corruption that is causing the addon not to connect. After reinstalling SAP, the issue is resolved.

We tried your solution but it didn't work. In one company where the addon was installed, no UDTs and UDFs were created and we are getting the same error. While in another database, the UDTs and UDFs were created and we deleted the row in CTX_CONF table but it didn't solve the problem.
