Good Day,
We are running SAP B1 where Crystal was not installed as part of the pre-requisites but was installed after the fact and are now getting the following error message:
"An error has occurred while attempting to load the Crystal Reports runtime. Either the Crystal Reports registry key permissions are insufficient of the Crystal Reports runtime is not installed correctly. Please install the the appropriate Crystal Reports redistributable (CRRedist*.msi) that contains the version of the Crystal Reports runtime that is required."
Our group was not the original installers of the system but are now trying to determine what is going on... can anyone offer additional insight as to the situation.
