Error "User not allowed as a requestor" in Create Requisitions App

Hi

I get this error when trying to use the Create Requisitions app for S/4HANA 2021 on-premise. I tried to fix it by adding my user to an employee, and then also assigning an external catalog. The result is that I can now create PRs, but they do not get sent to the approver. I suspect it is because the error still happens.

How do I add the requestor attribute/role to my user/employee?

Found the solution, I had not created an employee and then linked the SAP user and employee, then given the employee the rights to purchase.
