Error "Operation failed; contact support center" when doing Copy Form Settings

I received an error "Operation failed; contact support center" when doing Copy Form Settings. We are using SAP B1 9.1, version SAP HANA.

Hi,

Before copying form settings, make sure all users disconnected from SAP B1.

There are too many known scenarios in this regards.

Kindly refer to SAP Notes 2496901 and 2624119 for the same.

It would be better to check the issue in the latest available version and patch.
