Error "Month 00 is not plausible" while accessing payslip in Portal

Hello Experts,

User's are getting error " Month 00 is not plausible" while trying to access their payslips in portal.

The issue is with some users. The others can access  their payslips.

Their payslips can be correctly viewed in backend.

Does anyone have an idea what this issue is about?

are you using any BADI for the payslip? Also, as you said these employees correctly displays in ECC, can you check if you have coding in the BADI?
