Error "An exception was raised" in creating Bank Account in Fiori

Dear Experts,

We've been creating a Bank Account but there's an error that keeps on showing. Bank, Housebank, Hierarchy and the Connectivity already done but when It comes to creating a Bank Account. It won't proceed.

Error shows "An exception was raised" when saving the Bank Account.
