Error on connecting cloud connector to SAP BTP Trial Cloud Foundry

Hi All,

I am using Cloud Foundry Trial account and tried to connect Cloud connector by adding subaccount in Cloud connector. But I am facing the below issue.

417 An authorization problem occurred when downloading the configuration. Check the spelling of the subaccount name, user, and password. See ''Log And Trace Files'' and in particular ljs_trace.log for details. Consult SAP note 2461997 for possible remedies.

I have given the below details.

Region- Sub account region

Subaccount- Subaccount ID

Login E-Mail- SAP BTP login Email ID

Password- SAP BTP password+passcode from 2 factor authentication app (For Ex; 12345xyzabc)

I have also tried with normal password before enabling 2 factor authentication.

Can someone help me how to solve this?
