While creating production order getting the issue. 'Error occurred during creation of purchase requisition for operation 0010'
I am creating one production order with subcontracting operation.

Please check SAP note -- and make sure a combination of F and item category L is allowed in the configuration 

Materials Management-->Purchasing-->Account Assignment-->Define Combination of Item Categories/Account Assignment Categories

This note mentions error message CO876 /ME066. It is not related to /PLMU/UI_FRW 038 ("Complete all required entry fields"))

As the error says: "Complete all required entry fields" - maybe best to check by creating an PR manually in ME51N and see which fields are mandatory to fill in your set up and see what is missing.

Furthermore maybe also good to check why you get a message of class /PLMU/UI_FRW in the first place when you are creating a production order in the back end via CO01. (Or compare production order creation in back-end vs via launchpad)
