Dear all

I am getting an error message while adding an activity with attachment.

This entry already exists in the following table ''( ATC1) (ODBC 2035) [Message 131-183]

without attachment the actvity can be added in the system.

I am using SAP Business One 2007 B PL- 08

Please reply ASAP

Hi,

This application error is already know to sap and it occurs when You open the Activities under the Business Partners module.

You create a new activity with an attachment or you modify an existing activity by adding an attachment to it.

Solution

SAP intends to provide patches in order to solve described problem.
The section Reference to related Notes below will list the specific Patches when available.
The corresponding Info file of Patches on SAP Service Marketplace will show the correction / SAP Note number also.
Be aware that these references can only be set at Patch release date.

SAP will deliver Patches only for selected Releases at its own discretion, based on the business impact and the complexity of the implementation

Dear Niraj,

Log a support message to SAP immediately. All errors like This entry already exists in the following table are results by corrupt tables that Header and Lines do not match.

Hi,

go to admin-utilityand the restore numbering file and then logout and login again and then try adding the activity.

But before this do take a backup of ur database.

Hi Niraj,

SAP strongly recommend to consult with support before you run this utilities .

If you want to do it on your own to test , please make sure you have a full back up of your system .
