Error message: Supplying and receiving plants identical (Please check)

Hi All,

Kindly help how to troubleshoot this error message: Supplying and receiving plants identical (Please check)

This error message pop up when I try to create STO from return doc (o3o_rt01)

We are using ECC6, activating RLM.

Tried to check the config under MM->PO->STO, it seems okay

Any idea?

Hi,

Suplying and recieving both plants are same thats the reason system is giving error.

Hello Andre,

You have to config

SPRO - MM - PUR - Pur Order - Set up Stock transport order - STO Storage Loc to Loc

As you are on ECC6.0, there is a provision for STO storage Loc to storage Loc

Hi Prakash,

I don't need SLOC to SLOC, I just need from plant to plant

It works fine before on last month testing but not working now, I couldn;t find why it's not working now

Hi,

You might be getting message ME123 during STO Processing. make this message as Warning in SPRO > Materials Management > Purchasing > Environment Data > Define Attributes of System Messages > System Messages - Here make message ME123 as warning and proceed.

Kindly go through config document for stock transfer order and check what is missing at ur end.
