Hi All,
Version 0 is not activated in our system from fiscal year 2011. We want to post a recurring entry for certain future expenses. But we are getting following error message,
Message No: GP626.
Version 0 is not defined in controlling area XXXX for the fiscal year 2011.
Now we have following options,
1. Maintain fiscal year dependant parameters for 2011 which means we can post documents for 2011. there may be risk in the same.
2. Maintain message GP626 as warning message.
However GP626 is not maitnained as configurable system message in table T100S. Can we maintain this message as a warning message then? is it possible to maintain an entry in table T100S or is the list provided by SAP and we cannot add messages in this?

Use transaction OKEQ and select version 0 and double click on fiscal year settings and add fiscal year 2011 here which will solve your problem.
