Error message FZ349 does not appear in the log

Hello,

I execute proposal TEST2 in F110 for the vendor, which is already included into another proposal (lets say TEST1).
Proposal does not contain result.
But the log shows only this message FZ402 "Log for proposal run for payment on ..., identification TEST2"

Expected message: "Vendor XXXXXXXXX, xxxx is contained in proposal ... TEST1" FZ349.

How can I activate this message (S4HANA)? In other systems I see that FZ349 appears.

The log message contains not enough info. I found the vendor throught the tables. But this message would be more useful for the end users.
