ERROR max no of 202 conversations exceeded

Hi experts.

We are in troubles here at our company.

We run our SAP ECC Jobs in a tool called Automic (from Broadcom) and some times a huge of Jobs does not start executing and show this error in logs:

Error while calling function module 'BAPI_XMI_LOGON'.
Connect to SAP gateway failed
    connection parameters: TYPE=B DESTINATION=EP0_DE100UC4    483a5b28412d MSHOST=brjgs201 R3NAME=EP0 GROUP=BATCH PCS=1

LOCATION    CPIC (TCP/IP) on local host with Unicode

Parameter CPIC_MAX_CONV is setted with value 12000 in all Applications.

In Automic agent this parameter is configured too: java -Xmx10G -jar ucxjr3x.jar -Djco.cpic_maxconv=12000 -i<nameofagent>.ini

Any idea what is going on?
