Error Installing the SAP B1 Integration Framework

I have a working installation of SAP V1 v9.1 PL09 (upgraded from PL05).

When I try to install the SAP B1 Integration Framework I get to the "Enter Database Connection Parameters" bus I can't get any further it days the database connection fails, I'm using the same credentials that the licence server works, SAP B1 opens and works correctly, I can login to the SLD and I can use the SQL Server Management Studio using the same credentials and everything else works without an issue.

Any idea what can be wrong?

updating it to the correct IP address  SAP B1 Integration Framework

Hi team,

While setting up the SAP Business One Integration Framework, I mistakenly entered the server IP address instead of the correct database server IP in the "Enter Database Connection Parameters" section.

Could you please assist me in updating it to the correct IP address?

 Version : SAP bussiness one 10.0 version  for SAP HANA (10.00.270) SP 2411 (64bit)

Hi Neil,

Please check SQL Server configuration manager.

In the configuration manager please check TCP/IP is enable, if its not then please enable it.

Hi Neil,

Please check the port number in the TCP/IP.

Are you using 1433 Port number for SAPB1V91 or different port number ?

If you use different port number then please change the port number while installing Integration framework.

Please check on Protocols of SAPB1V91 on TCP/IP Property.
