Error in VL09 when using BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CONFIRM_DEC

We are using BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CONFIRM_DEC to post good issue of sales deliveries. However we are having the following error (VL633) when executing transaction VL09.

We are not working with a decentral warehouse, and we know that this error is caused because field LIKP-VLSTK is populated with a value when using the Bapi compared to deliveries posted in VL02N

What we would like to know is if there is a parameter in BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CONFIRM_DEC in order to avoid field LIKP-VLSTk being populated, or which other Bapi we can use for posting good issue, or what is SAP recommendation for this scenario.
