Hi expert:

when we use tcode oaad or oaoh to upload a photo we get this error: Error in HTTP Access: IF_HTTP_CLIENT->RECEIVE 1 ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED.

I found lots of threads which subject contain ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED,but there have no useful information for us.

I hava activated the content server service and tried note 685521,also I have send message to SAP,but the solution given by them also can not fix the issue.

Dear Customer,

Thanks a lot for contacting SAP Global Support.

Could you pls check if your error message is

Error in HTTP Access: IF_HTTP_CLIENT->RECEIVE 1

ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED

If yes, this error indicates a problem with the HTTP plugin that is beingused. Please try switching to use SAPHTTP instead by creating the

following entry in the SDOKPROF table:

NAME: USEHTTPPLG

VALUE: OFF

Leave all remaining fields blank and save your changes. Please also

ensure that you are using the latest version of SAPHTTP on all

frontends as per the attached note 164203. Then use the program

RSHTTP05 to regenerate these destinations SAPHTTP and SAPHTTPA.

Could anyone can give me some help?

I checked in your system DHP for the entry in SDOKPROF.Currently the

following values are maintained in SDOKPROF table.

Key

User Name USEHTTPPLG

Client 800

Secondary key

Contents OFF

Here the value for the parameter "Key" should be maintained as

USEHTTPPLG not the "User Name".Hence, please maintain the "Key" value as

USEHTTPPLG and the "Contents" as OFF and leave the other fields blank.

Then please check if the error is resolved.

this is the solution givend by SAP

It can resolve my issue

hope can help some one else who will meet this problem
