Error in BAPI- BAPI_PRODORD_REVOKEUSERSTATUS

Dear Experts,

Please suggest me best solution for:

I am trying to develop a program by using BAPI (BAPI_PRODORD_REVOKEUSERSTATUS) for revoke Teco status in mass but when i go to SE37 and pass below values then getting error" User status TECO does not exist in status profile EHS_PRO".

Import parameters                        Value

STATUS_PROFILE                    EHS_PRO

STATUS                                    TECO

WORK_PROCESS_GROUP      COWORK_BAPI

WORK_PROCESS_MAX           99

Order NO.                                 751001311

Why system is throwing this error?? What is the solution of this?

Hello,

Try to manually revoke TECO through CO02 and check if any error message.

You can use transaction BS02 ("Change Status Profile") to set up the status profiles.

for production under IMG--"Production -> Shop Floor Control -> Master Data -> Order -> Define Status Profiles"

Create Status profile: EHS_PRO

Assign Business transactions  like TECO

You can use the following IMG activities to check whether a status profile is already used

Production -> Shop Floor Control -> Master Data -> Order -> Define Order Types "OPJH"

Hi,

I checked in CO02 there is no error message. In BS02 I have made the changes for TECO allow and set but getting same error in SE37.

Please check configuration in BS02. Status TECO needs o be added.
