I did a lot of research in the SAP community, on the process navigator, on the SAP store, but I didn't find any information about how it is planned to handle errors related to incoming forcast and delivery schedules in S/4HANA cloud public edition.
In the automotive business one of the main tasks in the sales departement is managing the incoming delivery schedules (per EDI) related to existing scheduling agreements. Usually you get really a lot of delivery schedules per day and usually there is a lot of issues as well, for instance if there is a mismatch in the cumulative quantities.
There is the message dashboard of the Application Interface Framework but as I understood this monitor is for technical experts, to see if incoming EDI was posted successfully or not. But what I need is a monitor for the sales departement. A monitor that links the incoming EDIs with the scheduling agreements, shows cumulative quantities and other details, compares information in the EDI with the scheduling agreement, let me adopt the info in the EDI or in the scheduling agreement etc.
Is there any monitor that provides the needed functions?
