Error F5063 - Ex.rate diff.accts are incomplete

Hi

I have this issue for error F5063. I have maintained OBA1 in KDB and assigned the Exchange rate difference key ie Z002 in the GL master data. I am not maintiaining my Bank GL account in KDF.

When the users are trying to clear the Bank Clearing Acc (USD) to the main Bank Account (USD), they face with the error msg.

We tested this in QAS and there is no issue. This happen in Production.

Anyone who face this issue before, could you help to share some light.

Hi

If you have maintained exchange difference for currency KDF and try to clear in currency USD, you will be definitely getting a problem whenver there is a exchange rate variation in USD transactions.

Hence you need to define the necessary OBA1 customizing for USD currency too.

You said that tou are not getting any problem in QAS, this could be due to the reasons 1) Necessary OBA1 customizing is already existing there or 2) The transaction you have posted does not contain any exchange difference or 3) The exchange rate occured in KDF currency and not in USD currency line items.
