Error during FF_5

Hello Everyone,

During bank statement upload, i am facing the following error

the difference is too large for clearing. I've checked the tolerance groups and they are configured

Could you add some more information ... for which posting this error is returned.

You can get this error too if the FI-EBS Application found an open item but the amount does not match.

Is the currency of the bank account the same as the open item which should be cleared?

Can you try clearing (in test environment) the open items using the customer or vendor or gl clearing transaction code, as the case maybe.while the system clears open items it checks if the difference either short or excess is within tolerance limits ( percentage or absolute)
