Hi,
Looking for guidance on how to configure & assign Owner Groups, so that ECS errors get assigned to Owner Groups and appear in the "ACC_ECS_AUTO_MAINT -- ECS Items dashboard. In ECS Configuration "General Settings for Owner Groups", I have done the first 3 steps --
But not successful yet in having ECS errors appearing in ACC_ECS_AUTO_MAINT dashboard. The errors are going to the ECS Workbench (ACC_ECS_MAINTAIN) without any Owner Group assignment. Is the "BAdi: ECS Automation for Owner Group Assignment" needed ? The help page talks about a method ACTIVATE_RULESET and BRFplus ruleset for Owner Group assignment. Some more explanation / detail on this would be very helpful and much appreciated.
