error-converting data type nvarchar to numeric while making purchase order for particualr items

Dear Experts,

I am facing Error of Converting Data Type nvarchar to numeric while making purchase order for some particular items. If I make new items with same details then there is no error.

This is happening for some of the items. Herewith attaching a screen shot for the error.

Kindly suggest what to be done.

Could you please check the issue after removing the customized code written under SBO_SP_TransactionNotification?

Do you have Formatted Searches (FMS) also on the form?

In a copy of the customer's database, kindly remove all the user customizations like: customized code written under SBO_SP_TransactionNotification and FMS etc. and test the issue again.

Kindly share the result after that.

Thanks for prompt reply, also sorry for missing attachment. Herewith attaching the screenshot. item-error.png .This happens for some items and other items with same configuration are fine. Yes FMS is there but error is not in all cases only in few items with same Item Group and same settings.
