hi,

The reason is that there is some condition record exist in the system for the particular condition type for the particular tax code.

delete the condition record and now try to deactivate the condition which you dont want. The system now will allow you to do now

Please Explain in detail.

Does a Condition record already exist for this condition type in FV11 with tax Classification. If so, then go to fv12 and select line item and click on Remove line it will set deletion indicator. And then try to Deactivate the line in FTXP against this condition type.

hi

rather than going through FTXP

goto FV12

here give condition

give country and TAX CODE

now u will get the condition record

now just go in details of the condition and then tick for deletion indicator

I have already done by this procedure,

but in this case, when we will see taxcode in ftxp,

cond. type will show as deactive.

But in the PO printout why this cond type is comming with tax rate 00.

user do not want this cond. in the po printout.

This you have to control. Contact ABAPER and make changes as per your requirement.

Hi,

If youu2019re maintaining tax rate in FTXP, then no need to deactivate the related condition type, just remove the tax rate, keep as blank in FTXP OR if you maintain tax rate in FV11 for condition type, you can delete by with tax combination in FV12.

But check other transaction already done before changing condition record for/ in tax code & not advisable for chnaging condition type with present tax code. If needed do not use the tax code & create a new tax code with your requirement with required condition type.
