Error al Cancelar una NC

Good morning Community, My question is that when I cancel a Credit Note document, it shows me the following message: "I can not cancel a reconciled document, first cancel reconciliation 28". This document was reconciled manually, but the reconciliation is already canceled. Now the reconciliation number that tells me in the message, I can not cancel it. Thanks for your comments from now.

Is the Credit Memo reconciled with some other documents as well? Do you see any applied amount in the Credit memo after cancelling the Reconciliation 28?

Stage Reconciled invoice and credit note. 03/08/2017 reonciliation N ° 1245

A reconciliation was created 28506 Manual (according to the system), this includes the IGV of the Credit Note: 03/08/2017

The reconciliation of 1245 was canceled. 03/31/2017

But reconciliation 28506 can not be canceled.
