eReruitment: Interview Letter and Appointment Letter

Hi,

Where can we generate the standard letters provided by SAP in e-Recruitment module like Interview Letter, Appointment Letter, etc. Can they be customized? How?

Hi Sasi,

The letters are SmartForms and can be accessed via the IMG: E-Recruiting --> Applicant Tracking --> Activities --> Correspondence --> Create Letter Templates --> Create Forms and Changeable Letter Sections.

The standard SAP letters start "HRRCF" and you can use these as a base to create your own. You then assign your custom letters to the activities in the "Assign Forms to Activity Types" step.
