eRecruitment Reporting

Hi,

We are currently using eRecruitment 3.0.

Would like to find out what is the best method to pull eRecruitment information like why we reject the candidate, 'reject reasons', candidate education, work experience, application statistics, etc.

We could not find any standard eRecruitment reporting that we could use in the R/3 client.

Please advise. Thanks.

However, when I go to SQ01/SQ02, access the infoset ERC_APPLICANT_MGMNT, unable to retrieve any data. Please advise what is the data source table being used?

Can explain what is the infotype used to store candidate information? Thanks.
