I am looking for a soultion to include an additional attachment to Erecruitment - Invitation Letter Activity Type . The standard process is this activity type is been linked to bespoke smartform where the recruiter can pick it up at the front end of the Erec portal and this is a single selection only ( Parameter dropdown for letter Template ). My requirment is to add another attachment along with the existing one when user hits the 'Email' Button . Is there any way to enhance this application where with user click on 'SEND EMAIL' sends an addtional attachement which sits in 'OFFICEDOCUMENT FOlDER' .
