Equipment masterdata quick buttons

Is there a way to change the quick buttons marked in red?

My client is asking to delete all of them and add 'Maintenance history' quick button.

These buttons are standard SAP features. You need to align with the ABAP programmer and do enhancement in the screen to remove these buttons. To see the maintenance history specific to this equipment you can refer:
1. The Object Information key in the top menu where you can show the brief history card of the equipment.

2. Another way is to go to Environment in top menu bar and select order or Notification to see the history of the equipment in notifications or orders.
