Equipment Class/Characterisitcs

Hi all,

Has anyone seem a decent document describing classes and characteristics (including values) for equipment e.g. pumps, motors, valves, actuators, relays, etc.

We have a requirement at this client but don't want to go to the great expense of hiring a vendor to do the work for us.

here is a basic document with an example of the usage in the case of equipments:

it describes the needed definitions (characteristics , classes and their assignments to the equipments)
