Can we enter data on publuc cloud customizing system  to test layout before transfer requests?

You can definitely create transactions like Purchase Orders in the DEV system as you describe to for example test the output and other system behaviour. For a test strategy (ie. what to test when and in which system) I recommend that you check the task "Create Test Strategy for SAP S/4HANA Cloud" in the Activate Roadmap Viewer.

Not dev system my question was on customizing system also the modification in layouts like adding logo is key user extensibility please could you clear your answer regarding customizing system and key user extensibility thanks in advance

Hi 'msharkawyelzini',

I have to say that your question is not very clear and I am not sure what you are exactly asking.

Your Public Cloud Customizing system is part of your Development system which is connected to your TEST system. In case you enter master data this cannot be transported to the TEST system, same for transactional data. If you enter any configuration data this will require to be captured in a transport which you then can move to the TEST system (steps to be followed are forward and import).

Hello Esther I want to enter transaction data to test PO after I finished the configuration for it

On customizing system because I modify the company address and logo in standard PO layout and I want to enter transaction data to show the PO layout after modified the po header and footer

Is it applicable on customizing system or should enter transaction data on test system only
