Enhancement for availability check in material reservation (MB21)

Dears,
I have a requirement to set an error message when the stock is not available during reservation (MB21) for a certain plan, while for other plants/by default should be only warning message in that case.

That message I can set in standard configuration for Availability Check for Reservation (OMB1) -> Movement Type -> Dynamic avail. check: A-for warning, B-for error (Message no. M7181). It's OK, however it's for a movement type, globally. I need A-warning by default for my movement type, but B-error for the same movement type but while reservation for a certain plant (RESB-WERKS).

Is there any user exit or enhancement to do that?
