Is it possible to Enhance VD52 to add z fields to KNMT table?.

If not is there any other way to achieve where we can have a flag for customer preferred materails?

You can add append to structure SDCUSMAT_INCL_EEW_PS

Next You can change screen 0300 from program SAPMV10A to add those new fields. Remember that this is change on standard SAP object.
